Can I recycle the packaging after use?
At Par Kie, we're all about that super skin and a sustainable future! We do our part by using recycled materials whenever we can for our packaging and providing easy-to-follow recycling instructions with each product. We're always on the lookout for ways to reduce our environmental impact in every step of the packaging and formulating development process!
Uh-oh, it's out of stock. What can I do?
Hang in there! We know it sucks when your fave product is out of stock, but no worries! Connect with us and we'll make sure you're the first to know when it's back in stock!
What happens if I have an allergic reaction?
If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, stop using it right away. If the irritation persists, it's best to seek medical advice. And if you experience any discomfort or reaction, please let us know so we can look into it asap!
Do you give out product samples?
Sorry, no pocket-sized samples at the moment, but we're prepping to make it happen.

When will my order be confirmed?
Once you've placed your order, keep an eye out for a confirmation email with your order number. If you don't spot it in your inbox within 24 hours, just reach out to Par Kie support and we'll sort it out!
What payment options are available?
We're cool with most online payments — Visa, Mastercard, credit or debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Klarna all work.
Do prices include GST?
Yup! All prices on our online store include GST for orders placed in Australia.

Where do you ship to?
Alongside Australia and New Zealand, we've expanded our shipping destinations to include Canada, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and the United States!
If you're looking to take Par Kie on a global adventure to countries not listed, please contact our support team for international shipping options!
Please note that shipments to destinations outside of Australia might be subject to additional tax and/or customs charges upon their arrival. Prior to placing your order, we advise you to review and check for any potential import fees for which you will be responsible.

What shipping courier do you use?
All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post.
How can I track my order?
After processing your order, we'll make sure it's packed and prepped for its journey to you! Expect an email from us with a tracking number, as soon as your package is en route. This way, you can stay updated on its progress through Australia Post.
Oops, I've made a mistake. Can I still change my shipping address?
Have a last-minute change in your shipping address? Just send an email to our support team. Make sure to include the word 'URGENT' and your 'ORDER NUMBER' in the subject line. We'll do our best to help, but please keep in mind that once your item is shipped, we won't be able to make changes to your order or shipping address.
How quickly do you process orders?
We’re committed to a swift order experience, orders will be shipped within 1-2 days (Australia wide).
Just a heads up, delivery times may vary due to any potential delays with Australia Post. But don't worry! We're committed to getting your orders to you between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays).
Can I ship to a PO Box?
So sorry, but we can't ship orders to P.O. boxes at the moment.
Returns
Can I return an item?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Here's what you need to know for returns or exchanges:
Yes, you can return an item if:
The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
The item is unused, unopened, and still in its original packaging.
No, you cannot return an item if:
The item is opened and/or used.
Take note: You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. But don't worry, we'll make the process as easy as possible! Just contact our support team with your order number to initiate a return or exchange. For secure returns, we recommend using parcel tracking. Once we receive the item, we'll evaluate its eligibility.
Par Kie reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that don't meet the above requirements at our sole discretion.
How soon can I expect my refund?
Once your refund request is approved, we'll notify you and process it asap! Please allow up to 12 days for the refund to reflect in your original payment account.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that something went wrong with your order. Don't worry, though! Simply reach out to our support team immediately with snapshots of the damaged item. We'll take care of it. Remember, for shipping-related damage, please submit your claim within 3 days of receiving the package.
I bought the product from another store, can I still return it to you?
Sorry, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products bought from other retailers. Rest assured, you can contact the retailer you bought from for further assistance.
